Mr. Nalin Satyakam Kohli

Mr. Nalin Satyakam Kohli is an Advocate at the Supreme Court of India and also the Additional Advocate General for the State of Rajasthan. He is a political personality who has over two decades of professional experience in the Education Sector and the Media and Entertainment Industry. He is also a government nominee on the disciplinary committee of the ICSI. Key highlights of his experience include:

  •  National Spokesperson of the Bharatiya Janata Party (BJP), the ruling political party in India. Mr. Nalin is also the party incharge for the state of Meghalaya in the north east of India.
  •  He is a Director of the party's Public Policy Research Centre (PPRC).
  •  Earlier, Mr. Nalin was Incharge of the All India Publicity Department of the BJP. He was also the Co-Convenor of the BJP’s Policy Formulation Action Group (PFAG). Mr. Yashwant Sinha, former Finance and Foreign Minister of India was the Convenor of the BJP’s PFAG.
  •  He has also been the Convenor and Co-Convenor of the BJP’s National Media Cell from August, 2003 till December 2009.
  •  Mr. Nalin has conducted media management workshops at various institutions including as a visiting faculty to the Indian Institute of Management (IIM) at Ranchi. He has also conducted Media Training Workshops in India and Sri Lanka for television, radio presenters and management professionals.
  •  He is the former Chairman and Founder Director of a leading international curriculum boarding and day boarding school in Faridabad near Delhi and was the founder Director and creator of a leading Media Institute in collaboration with the Missouri School of Journalism, USA, the oldest journalism school in the world.
  •  Mr. Nalin is the former Primetime News anchor on Doordarshan (India’s National Television Channel) and anchored for over 2000 hours of Live and Recorded Broadcasting of various genres of programming. He has produced and directed over 100 hours of television programming on Art and Culture, Literature, Dance, Tourism, Advocacy and Health.

CS Ranjeet Pandey

A Fellow Member of The Institute of Companies Secretaries of India, a Law Graduate from Faculty of Law, University of Delhi and a Graduate in Science (B.Sc), CS Ranjeet Pandey is also an Insolvency Professional, registered with IBBI and has over 15 years of experience in the field of Corporate and Commercial Laws. An ex-officio member of the Advisory Board of Sri Aurobindo Foundation for Integral Management (SAFIM), CS Pandey has also been a member of the Working Committee of MCA for streamlining ‘Working under the Companies Act, 2013’. He is also a Member of the Steering Committee of National Foundation for Corporate Social Responsibility (NFCSR) constituted by the Ministry of Corporate Affairs, Govt. of India to prepare a roadmap, oversee the functioning and steer the activities of NFCSR for providing policy inputs and policy advocacy in the area ofCorporate Social Responsibility (CSR).

His journey to the Chair began from the Regional Council of NIRC of ICSI wherein he served as a member for two consecutive terms i.e. 2007-2010 and 2011-2014. It was during his able Chairmanship that NIRC received the Best Regional Council Award in 2011. Setting benchmarks and achieving feats he further was elected to the Central Council of ICSI for the terms 2015-2018 and re-elected for the term 2019-2022. During his first term, his membership in Boards like the Secretarial Standards Board (SSB) and designation as Chairman at various Committees including the Golden Jubilee Organising Committee evidently proves his leadership skills as well as his knack for not just corporate laws but allied arenas as well. His role played in the carving of ICSI Vision 2022 too hasbeen well acclaimed.

CS Devendra V Deshpande

CS Devendra V Deshpande, is a Post Graduate in Commerce (M. Com.) from Pune University, Pune and a Fellow Member of the Institute of the Company Secretaries of India (FCS). He has been elected to the Central Council of the ICSI for the term 2019 - 2022. He is the Chairman of Information technology Committee of the ICSI for the year 2019 and member of various committees Constituted by ICSI including Executive Committee, Corporate Laws and Governance Committee, Training & Educational Facilities Committee, Placement Committee, PMQ Course Committee, Election Reforms Committee and International Affairs Committee for the year 2019.

CS Devendra V Deshpande is actively associated with The Institute of Company Secretaries of India (ICSI) since 2004. He was elected to the Western India Regional Council and was member of Regional Council for the term 2015 - 18. In the year 2013 he served as Chairman of Pune Chapter of WIRC of ICSI and he was an active Managing Committee member for the period from 2007 - 2014.

He was a member of Corporate Law Committee of Marahtta Chamber of Commerce and Industries Association in the year 2013. He was invited as an expert on panel of syllabus restructuring of MIT World Peace University, Pune. 

He has delivered sessions and lectures at various seminars and conferences of various chapters and Regions of Institute Of Company Secretaries of India, and Institute of Chartered Accountants of India and Institute of Cost Accountants of India and various Corporate Houses. He has been a guest lecturer at Crime Investigation Department, Economic Affairs Wings, Government of Maharashtra.

He is in practice since 2004 and having area of practice in the fields of Corporate Laws, Foreign Exchange Laws, Audits under Company Law and allied laws, Secretarial Audits of Listed and Unlisted entities under Companies Act, 2013,  advisory in Corporate Restructuring and creation of Secretarial Data Rooms as a Compliance Module for Multinational Companies.



Mr. Ashish Kumar Chauhan

Mr. Ashish Chauhan currently works as the MD & CEO of BSE (Bombay Stock Exchange), the first stock exchange of Asia. He is one of the founders of India’s National Stock Exchange (“NSE”) where he worked from 1992 to 2000. At NSE, he was instrumental in setting up the first screen based trading in India, equities market and first commercial satellite communications network for India. He is best known as the father of modern financial derivatives in India. He also created several path breaking frameworks including Nifty index, NSE certifications in financial markets, etc.


From 2000 to 2009, he worked as the President and Chief Information Officer of Reliance group and also acted as the CEO of the cricket team Mumbai Indians in its formative years.

Dr. Jyoti Kiran Shukla

Dr. Jyoti Kiran Shukla is a trained economist with a special focus on development policy, rural finances and labour force and structural reforms. She is the first and only woman in India who has been appointed as Chairperson, State Finance Commission, Rajasthan on 30 May, 2015. She is a member of National Standing Committee (Income generation, water supply sanitation) CAPART, Ministry of Rural Development, Government of India. Her areas of specialization include inter alia developing macro economic policies; development studies: employment, health, population, education and environment; structural reforms and development policy; impact of globalisation, technology and labour resource and economic empowerment. Under her leadership there have been major reforms in the rural financial architecture through strengthening and reforming Panchayats and Local Bodies finances. She has consistently worked on the macro economic fundamentals and researcher and advisor. Dr. Jyoti Kiran has also written research publications viz. “Women Labour Force and National Product” and “Antodaya: Rise of the Last”.


Mr. Yogesh Gautam

Mr. Yogesh Gautam, is a science graduate and a fellow member of Institute of Chartered Accountants of India (ICAI) having a vast experience in practice of over 30 years. He has done Post Qualification Course in Information System Audit and Concurrent Audit of Banks of ICAI.

He also holds the post of National Treasurer in Laghu Udhyog Bharti (a National level Organization of Micro & Small Industries). He is member of MSME Facilitation Council, Rajasthan and a member of Governing Body of Council of vocational educational and training (Rajasthan). He was also a Government Nominee member in Finance Committee of Rajasthan Sanskrit Academy from year 2007 to 2009.



CS Ashish Garg

CS Ashish Garg, is a Post Graduate in Economics (M.A.) and Commerce (M.Com.) and Graduate in Law (L.LB.) from the Vikram University, Ujjain and a Fellow Member of the Institute of the Company Secretaries of India (FCS). He has been elected to the Central Council of the ICSI for the term 2015-2018. He was the Chairman of Practicing Company Secretaries Committee of the ICSI for the year 2015 and 2016 and Core Group of GST of ICSI for the year 2016 and presently he is the Chairman of Centre of Corporate Governance, Research and Training (CGRT), known for its training and research in the Corporate Governance. He is also member the Cost Accounting Standards Board of the Institute of Cost Accountants of India for the year 2017 nominated from the ICSI.

Mr. Ashish Garg is highly passionate about the Profession and actively participates in the activities of the Institute. He was the Secretary and Vice Chairman of Indore Chapter of the ICSI in 2004 and 2005. He was the member of the Western India Regional Council of the ICSI for two term from 2007 to 2014 and Secretary of WIRC in 2013 and 2014.

He is Practicing Company Secretary at Indore, financial capital of Central India Region since more than last 16 years and having specialization in corporate laws, organizational restructuring and corporate legal counseling to companies and appearances before Company Law Board and Ministry Corporate Affairs. He has been the visiting faculty at various Management Institutes of Indore for MBA and other Professional courses and delivered lectures regularly as invited speaker in the conference of Company Secretaries and Chartered Accountants.
